The property spans 1300 sqm of indoor space, with a private Suite Room featuring a balcony, pool view, personal fridge, and 55″ Smart TV.

SWIMMING POOLS
The Vacation House has hot and cool spring water pools for adults and kids. The water is naturally sanitized and chemical-free. Pools are filled fresh for every check-in.
Includes underwater lights, string lights, fountain, and tipping buckets (free for 2 hours)
Adult Pool: 4–5 ft deep, 5m x 20m (120 sqm)
Kiddie Pool: 2 ft deep, 5m x 4m (20 sqm)
OTHERS
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks (no corkage fee) and enjoy cooking or grilling on-site. However, pets are not allowed, catering/event setups are prohibited, and towels and toiletries are not provided.

The Vacation House features an open-concept living area equipped with a 75″ Smart TV, Platinum Videoke, and JBL speakers—perfect for group entertainment. Guests can relax on the sunset balcony, freshen up in the powder room, or use the outdoor showers after a swim. The space includes tables and chairs to comfortably seat 54 guests.
Kitchen
Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a 2-burner LPG stove, rice cooker, microwave, 10 cu ft refrigerator, and a hot & cold water dispenser. Basic pots, pans, and cooking utensils are provided, along with a charcoal BBQ grill located on the ground floor for outdoor grilling.
Rooftop
The rooftop offers a spacious open-air lounge with panoramic views of Mt. Makiling and Laguna Bay. It’s the perfect spot for sunset watching, casual gatherings, or event setups. The area is enhanced with string lights, a powder room, and cozy seating for guests to unwind under the stars.
Parking
The Vacation House offers secure parking for up to 13 vehicles on the ground floor, including space for a mini-bus. Additional street parking is available nearby.
Other
The Vacation House is equipped with CCTV cameras in common areas for added security, high-speed Wi-Fi on all floors, and a generator set on standby to ensure uninterrupted lighting and fan use during power outages. Onsite staff are available to assist with resort facilities, and as a courtesy, guests are kindly asked not to knock on the staff room between 12 AM and 6 AM.
Rooms
Each room is air-conditioned and has its own bathroom. All rooms have Smart TVs and double-size bunk beds. Blankets are available upon request. Towels and toiletries are not provided.
